Wilbert, Inc. was established in 1997 as a holding company. Wilbert, Inc. is comprised of various subsidiaries and divisions classified as the following two business segments:

• Funeral Services
• Industrial Plastics

The Funeral Services segment is comprised of Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc., (WFSI). WFSI supplies a network of licensees across the country with the bulk of the components required for burial vault manufacturing, including vault liners, adhesives, molds, and miscellaneous.

The Industrial Plastics division is comprised of Wilbert Plastic Services, (WPS). WPS is the combination of TPi - the ninth largest thermoformer in the US and Morton Custom Plastics, - a market leader in plastic injection molding and value-added processing. Based in Chicago, WPS has nine plant locations and approximately 1,500 employees.
