Wilbert, Inc. was established in 1997 as a holding company that manages Wilbert Funeral Services and Wilbert Plastic Services. Wilbert Plastics Services is our insudtrial plastics division comprised of TPi and Morton Custom Plastics. TPi is the name for the Thermoform Plastics business unit; the name change reflects the entity formed with the acquisition of Triangle Plastics in 2001. Morton is the name of our Injection Molding business unit, another acquisition, which became part of the Wilbert, Inc. family in 2002. Together TPi and Morton business units make up Wilbert Plastic Services which was formed in 2004.
